Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on most items purchased within 14 days of the original delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds are not available for items marked as final sale or clearance items or special order. Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded once ordered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at scandiamionline@gmail.com or call (248) 649-7673 with your order number. Our team will review your request and provide you with return shipping instructions. Please include photos of the item and packaging if possible to help us process your request quickly.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company. If there is a question of defectiveness we may need to hear from the manufacturer before processing a claim, this can take 1-3 weeks.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded: final sale or clearance items, custom or personalized products, items purchased more than 30 days ago, items that show signs of wear or damage, and items without original tags or packaging.
